Then the position of Account Officer is for you

We are currently looking for a Account Representative, finance for constructions and an Account Representative, Administration for the Real Estate Finance department. The positions report, respectively, to the Senior Manager and the Administrative Support Manager, Real Estate Finance.

Your main challenges
- Support the Account Manager by prioritizing and carrying out complex and diversified administrative activities for commercial files.
- Independently carry out various administrative activities in accordance with established policies, standards and procedures.
- Establish and maintain a relationship of trust and ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized service.
- Respond adequately to the requests of clients and stakeholders involved in the files by offering a professional and courteous service.
- Keep abreast of new developments in the sector of activity to ensure the quality of services offered.
- Conduct verifications and analysis to ensure the accuracy of data and operations.

More specifically, you will:

- Ensure the management and administrative follow-up of the files under your responsibility.
- Carry out a rigorous control of activities of a current nature and see to the general administration of the files
- Ensure that the unit meets quality standards, while making the necessary adjustments to processes and procedures.
- Establish and maintain effective communications with the various stakeholders involved in the files
- Carry out administrative work related to the follow-up of bank account openings/modifications and investments.
- Manage the follow-up of the schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective communications with various stakeholders involved in the processing of client files in order to solve problems and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist clients with their administrative requests.
- Optimise interventions with clients.
- Develop your skills and knowledge in order to increase your professional autonomy
