**Legal Assistant/Law Clerk - Real Estate**

**Davis Webb LLP is one of the pre-eminent law firms in the Region of Peel. We are looking for a Legal Assistant/Law Clerk - Real Estate to work with a busy lawyer in Brampton.**

**Position Summary**:

- Ability to handle all types of real estate files from start to finish, particularly commercial and condominium development as well as residential real estate.
- Manage and prioritize all communications, including screening incoming telephone calls, handling correspondence and responding in a timely manner on behalf of the Partner
- Manage the Partner’s calendar, ensuring all client meetings and professional appointments are accurately reflected in the Partner’s calendar
- Assist with intake calls of potential clients; preparing required documentation in advance of all meetings
- Maintain and manage client files, such as opening and closing files in accordance to firm protocols and policies
- Time docket entry; production of accounts and collections
