**Water Transfer/Pumping Technician**

The Water Transfer/Pumping Technician is essential to the execution of routine tasks either on a project site or at a Ketek shop. This position is vital to the growth of the Project's Team and is an important step toward the employee’s career growth and therefore the enhancement of Ketek’s field team.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist with the mobilization, monitoring, troubleshooting and demobilization of: well pumps, diesel pumps, and electric submersible pump.
- Maintain, repair, install, and service: generators, light towers, and heating equipment.
- Identify faulty/damaged equipment and/or defective materials and inform the supervisor of the problem.
- Complete assigned tasks in a safe, efficient and timely manner

**Qualifications**
- Valid class 5 Driver’s Licence and clean driver’s abstract
- High School Diploma
- Experience in dewatering, well-testing, or water transfer
- Experience towing a trailer
- Experience operating a wheel loader and/or skid steer

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- dewatering, well-testing, or water transfer: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
