We are looking for a
**_Bilingual Living Benefits_**
**_Policy Change Assistant_**
The primary objective of the Policy Change Assistant (PCA) is role is to provide superior service, timely, accurate and cost-effective administration of the GWL & CL Living Benefits block of business.
Staff members are required to provide first rate customer service within established service standards
** - **Service to Policy Owners, Advisors, Product Solution Centre staff, Managing General Agency (MGA) staff, Regional Marketing Centre (RMC) staff etc.
**What you will do**
- The Policy Change Assistant is expected to communicate verbally, and in written form to the appropriate Clients, Advisors, Brokers, and Regional Marketing Centre staff
- The Policy Change Assistant is required to work with correspondence and forms in English and French. This includes assembling daily output on behalf of Client Service Representatives
- Accurate administration of CL & GW LB block of policies
- Sorting and redirecting daily output to the appropriate areas

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to learn and grasp new concepts, with high attention to detail
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office products
- Ability to remain flexible and work as part of a team as well as independently
