Toronto, Canada Hybrid Financial Ltd. Full time

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Making daily outbound phone calls to build relationships with financial professionals, and generate new leads from a defined target segment of Investment Advisors.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of various industries and financial products (Equities, Mutual Funds, ETFs, IPOs, Structured Products)
- Updating daily call activities and maintaining accurate records in Hybrid Financial’s proprietary database.
- Collaborating with your Team Lead to develop innovate strategies to help our clients navigate the North American capital markets.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and special projects as needed by the senior executives.

**Desired Experience**
- University degree or college diploma in a relevant field is required (Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course is an asset
- Previous sales experience is an asset

- Strong understanding of the financial markets or a curiosity to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented attitude and a strong desire to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30,357.05-$65,000.00 per year
