**Key Responsibilities**
- **Logistics Coordination**: Collaborate closely with the logistics team to track shipments, manage schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer concerns and logistics issues effectively, providing timely resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, logistics updates, and order statuses, ensuring smooth follow-up and issue resolution.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- **Training Support**: Help onboard and train new team members, sharing your expertise and passion for excellent customer service and logistics coordination.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Customer Service Expertise**: You have experience delivering exceptional service, building customer loyalty, and providing solutions that exceed expectations.
- **Logistics Experience**: If you have experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, that's fantastic But if you don’t—don’t worry We’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
- **Communication Skills**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Detail-Oriented**: You can juggle multiple tasks and stay organized while paying attention to the details that matter most.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software or logistics tools is a plus, and you’re quick to learn new systems.
