**Overview**

Looking for a Commercial Service Roofing Labourer to start immediately.
Full Time / Permanent Work
Pay Rate from $35-$45/hr (Based on Experience)

**Qualifications**
- **Flat Roofing Experience in ALL Roofing Applications is Required**.
- 3-5 years experience as a Service Roofing Labourer.
- **Valid Driver's License and clean abstract is Required.**:

- Ability to work at heights.
- Must be a team player who is dependable and reliable.
- Have reliable transportation to the shop. (Pickering)
- Experience with hot air heat welders, robot welders, and other roofing equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced, high-energy environment on the roof.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day when required.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexible availability to work On Call, weekends and/or holidays, out of town as needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Worker must wear necessary PPE.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.

**Duties**
- Install, repair or replace a variety of roof systems as per specifications provided.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Communicate clearly and effectively and work with other team members.
- Fill out all documentation for work orders and vehicles appropriately.
- Maintain company vehicle as well as inventory of materials and equipment.
- Maintain health & safety standards and follow safety regulations as per the ministry and company safety policies.
- Receive instructions, delegate tasks and execute according to the scope of work given.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Engage in heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required by project specifications.
- Other duties as requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
