- 4-day work week - Monday to Thursday from 7:00am to 5:30pm

**You Will be Completing**:

- Receiving and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Communication with customers to confirm order details and address any inquiries
- Supporting customer’s needs and strives to meet or exceed expectations and timelines
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of products, pricing, and company policies to offer accurate information to customers
- Utilizing data entry skills to input order information into the system
- Analyzing orders for accuracy and completeness
- Assisting with upselling products or services to enhance customer experience
- Managing multiple projects ensuring all projects meet key deadlines
- Coordination with different departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Resolution of any order discrepancies or issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintaining organized customer records including quotes, sales orders, and related documentation
- Resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues, as necessary
- Developing new sales leads and prospects
- Facilitating the execution of quarterly marketing campaigns
