Job Summary

In this role you will work in close collaboration with Professional Services Management to participate in the development and strategic planning for Professional Services value-added programs. Utilizing your strong interpersonal skills, you will develop and enhance relationships with all key stakeholders (both internal and external), vendors, suppliers and contractors.

Job Responsibilities
Liaise with Sales to coordinate activities related to program rollouts including the creation and execution of program materials, program launch assistance, preparation and execution of internal communications and trade communications, and oversee the inventory of all program materials.
Maintain programs such as our Apotex 360 and Sales Force.
Lead the execution and coordination of tradeshow strategies, including participation at tradeshows, ensuring key communication messages are implemented, working with our external marketing vendor to create tools to communicate messaging, as well as selecting and sourcing appropriate promotional items.
Oversee the Rep Request inbox and processing all orders in a timely manner.
Ensure the Apotex Promo Website is running smoothly. Troubleshooting problems, add new customers, products and sales reps, and train reps to use the website.
Generate reports to review inventory of promo material, make recommendations for reordering and adding/deleting promo items.
Review and adapt French material for our Quebec market.
Act as backup for the Associate, Marketing (Marketing Promotions). Coordinating and executing internal and external product related communications, including but not limited to, product launches, pricing changes, product discontinuations, product changes, formulary updates, sales tools, Apotex online product catalog and Apotex product bulletins.
Maintain and organize inventory in the storage room.
Manage and oversee the budget-tracking process by ensuring accuracy of all processed items and tracking of cheque requests, invoices, and purchase orders.
Manage all aspects of Ariba/Apo-Buy for Marketing (Promotions) team including Process Purchase Requisitions, process Service Entry Sheet for service Purchase Orders (PO), close PO once invoice has been processed, set up vendors and contract creator.
Job Requirements
Advanced marketing capabilities with experience in the development and execution of marketing plans.
Bilingual - fluent in French and English (verbal and written) is required.
Post-secondary bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent education.
Creative, strategic, innovative and positive team-player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and solutions-focused individual who leads by example and excels at taking initiative to improve business processes and implement best practices, with a desire to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaborate well in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills.
