**In your role, you will**:
**Maintenance Coordinator Equipment & Building (evening shift - on site)**:

- You hold a secondary degree
- Communicate between technicians, customers, plant engineering and planner.
- Prepare summary of the day and pass over.
- Adhesion to KPI.
- Assignment of work order per technician.
- Consolidate inputs (MP, MCU, MCP) and coordinate work according to priorities (short term, daily, weekly)
- Communicate actions plans and follow-up with customers and stakeholders (Notice of work)
- Carry out pre and post-intervention ''go-see'' operational in force.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in order to support the preventive vision of the company
- Ensure proper monitoring of KPIs and manage discrepancy management.
- Perform RIPs (potential impact review)
- Write work permits.
- Assist / Support the maintenance leader.
- Active participation in the DMM in order to bring the issues.
- You hold a secondary / DEP degree
- You have 2 to 5 years of expirence
- You demonstrate good leadership
- You have good customer service skill
- You are bilingual French and English, in both written and oral.
- You are able to manage time in a high volume job environment.
- You have good knowledge of MS project suite
- You are working with an ERP module (Maximo)
