**The Role**:
As part of our Management Information Systems team, the Helpdesk Analyst position is a hands-on role that provides opportunities to support a broad range of tasks such as:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, and other IT equipment.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to documentation of procedures, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor and verify system backup completion, escalating failures when necessary.
- Support IT projects and rollouts as required.

**What you need**:

- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
