Please note: This position is designation as hybrid and is expected on campus 50% of thew time.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- A 3-year diploma or degree in a related discipline (such as Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology)
- A professional Human Resources designation such as CHRP achieved or in-progress is preferred;
- A minimum of five (5) years’ recent and relevant work experience including
- Recruitment and selection/talent acquisition experience
- Experience working in a unionized environment an asset
- Experience in an Human Resources environment an asset
- Proven experience in positive relationship building and management
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Conflict management skills
- Interviewing skills
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
