With a capacity of 494 beds, our regional hospital has one of the busiest Emergency Department in Ontario and offers an extensive range of services, including specialized programs in renal, stroke, cardiac, cancer care, outpatient diabetes program and vascular surgery.**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**As a specialist for Compensation and Benefits at PRHC, this role will provide strategic advice to the HR Leadership Team in these areas of practice. The specialist is accountable for the development and maintenance of a comprehensive total rewards strategy (compensation, benefits, pension) that aligns employee rewards with results that support the organization’s objectives. The total rewards strategy and programs enable the organization to attract, reward, and retain top talent.**

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience**:

- **5 or more years of broad total rewards experience including pay equity, compensation, pay structure design and development, executive compensation design and development, performance management design and development**:

- **2 or more years of experience providing strategic advice to HR leadership**:

- **2 or more years of experience leading designing, implementing and leading job evaluations**:

- **Demonstrated understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation**:

- **Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.**:

- **Knowledge of OHA reporting and benchmarking an asset**:

- **Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**
