As a Customer Care Representative, you will answer inquiries on customer orders, process exchanges and returns, and provide product information in a courteous and professional manner. The Customer Care Representative consistently strives to achieve the highest standard of service with every customer interaction.

**What You Will Do**:

- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations with positive, patient, and clear communication
- Provide customers with information to assist them in making informed decisions
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure quality delivery service
- Provide post-sale support in correcting any errors or order changes
- Perform other customer support and administrative duties

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 1 year of CSR or call center experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to multi-task
- Tech-savvy; working knowledge of MS Office, and SAP experience an asset
- Driven to help customers with empathy and understanding
- Calm, positive attitude with a drive for KPIs and results
- Superior time management skills
- Able to work a hybrid work schedule (minimum of 3 days in office per week)
