Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, the Collections Clerk provides support to the credit department by performing various operational collection activities.

**You are**:Organized, meticulous, resourceful, rigorous, initiator, dynamic and customer service oriented.

**You have**:

- A DEP or a DEC in accounting
- One year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
- Bilingualism (French / English) (both oral and written)

**You will**:

- Perform all activities related to the allocation of payments to customer accounts (data entry, daily deposits, maintaining the daily deposit file.
- Adjust accounts receivable (write-offs, reversals, and other corrections).
- Identify disputed invoices in the computer system and submit the credit request to branches for payment.
- Support the credit department in daily tasks (scanning, sending invoice copies, responding to various customer requests).
- All other related tasks.
