**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Respond promptly to water damage calls and emergency situations.
- Assess and document the extent of water damage using industry tools and techniques.
- Set up, monitor, and maintain drying equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and heaters.
- Extract standing water using pumps, vacuums, and other specialized equipment.
- Remove damaged materials (e.g., drywall, flooring, insulation) as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Follow safety procedures and industry best practices in line with IICRC standards.
- Keep accurate job records, including moisture readings, photos, and work progress notes.
- Assist in packing and moving customer contents when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) is an asset.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
