Swish Oral Care is on the lookout for a full-time Dental Administrator to join our team Swish is a locally-owned, patient-centred dental practice where oral care meets self-care. Our office is fast-paced, fun, and welcoming to all - the kind of place that our team and patients actually look forward to visiting. The Dental Administrator plays a vital role, giving patients a warm welcome to the clinic, managing records, and keeping things running like clockwork. **The Role**
- Providing service to patients that is professional, respectful, and friendly
- Greeting patients with enthusiasm and helping to elevate the patient experience
- Understanding the unique needs of each patient to provide optimal comfort and care
- Communicating with patients, our team, insurance companies, and external vendors
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Handling insurance and billing procedures
- Handling monthly reporting
- Availability: You'll be working a mix of evening and day shifts, as well as one Saturday per month
- Monitoring and working with the team to restock and order supplies
**The Skills**
- Very strong organizational and communication skills
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-setting
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Tech Savvy
- Experience with Open Dental Software and NexHealth is an asset

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
