**Job description**
The Administrator Assistant/Reception position will provide support to the Real Estate Brokerage and will work cooperatively with cross-departmental teams, as well as perform other duties. An interest and an aptitude for learning new technology and software is necessary. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Organizational and planning skills are a must.
**PERFECT FOR A STUDENT LOOKING TO EXPLORE REAL ESTATE**
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones, taking messages, and conveying information appropriately
- Using systems such as Broker Bay, Transaction Desk, Canva, and Google Suite
- Preparing contracts and marketing materials for agents
- Organizing collateral for new listings
- Ensuring clients are happy and informed of the happenings with their properties
- Running errands such as delivering marketing materials and placing signage
- Preparing mailing flyers
- Providing additional support to other administrative team members
Desired skills & qualifications:
- Must be very organized, detail-oriented, and work efficiently
- Must be able to be a self-starter and complete tasks without supervision
- Must be comfortable learning new systems
- Must be able to adapt and learn quickly
Availability: Weekends, Evenings, and Coverage
