General office admin tasks
General Ledger Reconciliations including bank accounts, credit cards
Deposits
Accounts receivable
Accounts Payable
Collections
Payroll administration and reconciliation
Understanding, preparing and remitting HST, Source Deductions, Union remittance, WSIB, Corporation TAX and EHT
Preparing Reports for Management
Coordinating with and assisting external accountants
Required experience and Skills
Proficiency with Excel and Work
Experience with Quickbooks online
Experience with A/P, A/R Bank and G/L reconciliation, payroll
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Strong English written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Must have excellent computer skills and ability to adapt to new software systems
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Preffered Experience and Skills
Bookkeeping experience: 3 yrs or more
Post Secondary accreditiation in accounting or bookkeeping
Experience with Quickbooks online
20 hours + per week
$20-30 per hour
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
