Job Summary
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - input invoices accurate and effectively
- Process payroll as needed
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Prepare and submit tax documents, such as sales tax returns
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage, tax prep experience is a bonus (Profile)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $16.55-$24.00 per hour
