**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Help Desk Technician:

- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
- Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Walk customers through problem-solving processes.

Desktop Support Technician:

- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone.

Network Administrator:

- Maintain, configure, and monitor computer networks.
- Install and update network system improvements.
- Troubleshoot network issues and outages.

Qualifications:

- Class 5 drivers abstract with maximum 5 demerits required.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in related technologies considered assets (detailed portfolio of supporting documents required).
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, server architecture, hardware, and networking protocols.
- Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and multitasking skills required.
- Specific knowledge in the management of any of: Microsoft online product suites (Azure, Defender ATP, Teams, PowerAutomate, PowerBI and Sharepoint), Microsoft SCCM, Barracuda ESS, FortiGate, Avaya IPOffice, Scale Hypercore, Google Workspace administration, Powershell, Powerschool SIS, are highly valued.
- Both fluency and accuracy in spoken and written English are required to be successful in this position.

Compensation:
