**Responsibilities**
- Payroll Processing including reporting and preparing journal entries
- Month end reconciliations
- Maintaining/preparing the audit binder
- Assist in preparing PORs to vendors and managing the expenses
- Preparation of Month end journal entries
- Other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications**
- Post secondary education in Business or Accounting or equivalent 5 years of work
experience in accounting
- Knowledge of automated payroll
- Positive attitude, willing to learn new skills
- Work ethic adhering to a strong sense of urgency
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel
