**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair automatic and manual commercial windows and doors.
- Install automatic doors and hardware.
- Install and repair drive thru windows.
- Commercial Locksmithing.
- Ensure all work is completed to meet safety and industry standards and client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with General manager and clients.
- Maintain tools, equipment and a clean work environment.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Maintain and update paperwork using work order platform.

Qualifications:

- Strong background in construction, with extensive hands on experience in installation and repair.
- Experience with locksmithing and door hardware installation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem solving complex technical issues.
- Knowledge of commercial door and window systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications when needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work alone and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Requirements**:

- G drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- AADM certified (or experience and know how)
- 3+ years construction
