**Product and Pricing Manager, Personal Lines**

The Product and Pricing Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day management of several product analysts, working in a fast paced, performance driven culture with best in class underwriting results. This is a key organizational strategy role that works closely with the actuarial team and business development to ensure growth in target areas while delivering optimal underwriting performance across the personal insurance portfolio.

This role is accountable for the design, implementation, and monitoring of new and existing products to deliver organizational growth and financial targets. The product manager must effectively balance broker and customer expectations, organizational needs and strategy, product simplicity and regulatory compliance.

**What will you do?**
- Monitor existing personal lines Property/Casualty products and pricing to ensure overall alignment with business strategy.
- Recommend coverage changes, product enhancements or restrictions, pricing changes and other strategies to increase overall performance of the portfolio or effective growth of Gore Mutual's market share.
- Develop and maintain the overall Property/Casualty product and pricing strategy.
- Create and implement product enhancements and/or restrictions to ensure our personal lines product offerings align with industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare and communicate rate and product recommendations to senior leadership within the organization to influence and support the strategic direction of Gore Mutual.

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines Underwriting experience, required.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with product development and performance analysis, required.
- Minimum 5 years leadership, required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills

**Permanent, Full-Time**

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role that includes the flexibility to work remotely. Please note, regular in-person workdays at our Cambridge Office location are expected 3 days a week
