Production Line Leader – Fast-Paced Food Manufacturing

Location: Cambridge, ON.

Job Type: Full-time

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Production Line Leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to keep a line running at peak performance. If you're the type who sees problems before they happen, stays calm under pressure, and pushes for quality and speed, you'll fit right into our team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations on a fully automated snack production line
  • Keep the line running efficiently: changeovers, adjustments, troubleshooting
  • Monitor quality, yields, waste %, and production targets in real time
  • Train, guide, and direct line staff with confidence and clarity
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards
  • Communicate with production, QA, maintenance, and management
  • Solve issues quickly and escalate only when needed

What You Bring

  • 2+ years experience in food production or manufacturing (snack or CPG an asset)
  • Strong mechanical understanding and ability to diagnose line issues
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, assertive communication skills
  • Leadership instincts—people follow your direction naturally
  • Comfortable with technology and automated systems
