Palagon is a commercial real-estate company with head office in North Vancouver, BC. Our main activities are the rental of (small) offices spread through 6 locations in North Vancouver, Downtown and Yaletown. We serve small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Palagon primarily operates on cloud based systems and are looking for a motivated person to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator for a full time position within our North Vancouver head office.

Opportunities you will have in this position:
a) Work with an empowering team to establish a heart-centered approach to business in commercial real-estate

b) Be involved in building dynamic relationships between the landlord and the client base - Gain experience with effective communication

c) Build and implement strategies to target Palagon's ideal client - Gain the opportunity to optimize the marketing processes and systems

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Marketing**
- Create and manage content and advertisements on social media and other platforms which include but are not limited to our main marketing channels: Spacelist, Craigslist, Google, Instagram and Facebook.
- Staying connected and communicative with our audience on our social media channels.

**Marketing and Database updates**:

- Order marketing materials such as Palagon branding for welcome baskets.
- Coordinate with our web developer for any changes required to content on our website including any items that could encourage our clients to inquire and rent office space through our website faster and easier.
- Ensure offices are staged and reflective of a warm and inviting office setting.

**Clients Relationship Management**
- Capture the feedback and make reflective decisions based on the analytics we receive and communicate these points during marketing meetings which will include the discussion of KPIs such as lead tracker spreadsheet.

**Market Research**:to be conducted every 3 months.

**Integrated Marketing Campaign**:Come up with campaign and marketing ideas in order to constantly evolve and shift our marketing strategies and approaches towards our niche demographic.

- At least 1 year of Marketing and Client Service Experience
