Based in North Vancouver since 1986, we are a dynamic software engineering and asset performance management (APM) company, which has been at the forefront of preventative maintenance for over 30 years.

With over 400 clients around the world, our continuing growth and succession planning means that we are recruiting a skilled and experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator, who will report directly to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing.

Key responsibilities include:
**Direct Support to VP Sales & Marketing**
- Administrative support, including reporting and analysis
- Contribution to Sales & Marketing / Operational planning

**Sales Support**:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage lead generation programs
- Sales presentation content development, preparation & customization
- Sales campaign planning, budgeting, coordination, and reporting
- Communication with Representatives & Distributors

**Marketing Support**:

- Trade show and sales meeting planning and coordination
- Marketing Agency liaison & relationship management
- Brand & Media management
- Website content updates & maintenance
- Collateral creation & maintenance for tradeshows, resellers, internal teams
- Social media management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube)
- Quarterly Newsletters and Monthly webinars
- Competitor Understanding
- Competitor analysis, market research, keeping up to date with the latest industry news

This is a vital new role to DMSI, which will be central to the quality and success of our sales and marketing activity and we are looking for someone who combines a friendly and engaging personality with impeccable attention to detail. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is strongly preferred.
- University Degree (_Marketing, Communications or Business related)_
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
- This role has the potential to require occasional travel (North America and overseas).
- A valid Driver's License is a benefit.

In return, we provide extended medical and dental benefits after 3 months (50% paid by the company) and a very competitive starting salary, with a review after an initial 3 months probation period.
