Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100M homes across North America away from burning fossil fuels to sustainable energy use. Here at Jetson, we believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.
Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, which can be dramatically reduced by converting to heat pumps, however, adoption lags due to high cost and friction in the retrofit process today. Solving one layer of the value chain won’t move the needle on adoption. Mass adoption will come when it becomes a no-brainer for homeowners to transition. That is why Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company. Jetson will make it simple, transparent and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.
**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-loving **Marketing Coordinator** to help us bring a new energy to energy.
**What You Will Do**:
You’ll support the Marketing team across a wide range of brand-building efforts—digital and on-the-ground—playing a key role in how we show up and grow. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role with lots of room to learn, experiment, and make a real impact.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and support integrated campaigns—from paid social to radio to direct mail
- Help bring our new market launches to life with local events, ads, and partnerships
- Draft, schedule, and manage social content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Organize photo and video shoots that capture Jetson’s unique spark
- Liaise with creative agencies, printers, media buyers, and other partners
- Track and report on marketing performance and campaign insights
- Keep our brand consistent, compelling, and unmistakably Jetson across all touchpoints
**What You Bring**:
You’re a marketer with 3+ years of experience, ready to jump in, learn fast, and contribute meaningfully. You’ve got ideas, initiative, and a love for storytelling that cuts through the noise.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-facing business
- Strong AI proficiency—you're fluent with tools like ChatGPT, Capcut or similar platforms to generate content and boost productivity
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication—you’re clear, thoughtful, and always on-brand
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hubspot, Hootsuite)
- A bonus background in content creation, photography, or video production is an asset
- A proactive, self-starting mindset and an eagerness to learn by doing
