Title: Sales Manager

**Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager who ideally comes from a B2B, Building Supply background, with a keen focus on enhancing metrics, KPIs, and revenue generation for the sales team. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of driving sales performance and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
**Performance Analysis**: Regularly evaluate sales metrics, KPIs, and revenue targets, identifying areas for improvement and devising actionable plans to enhance performance.
**Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
**Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's sales techniques, product knowledge, and overall performance.
**Pipeline Management**: Oversee the sales pipeline, monitor prospecting activities, and optimize the sales process to drive efficiency and increase conversions.
**Client Relationship Management**: Collaborate with the team to nurture client relationships, resolve escalated issues, and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
**Data-Driven Insights**: Utilize data analytics and sales forecasting to make informed decisions, adjusting strategies to capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
**Performance Reviews**: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
**Collaboration**: Liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a B2B Building Materials industry preferred
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and revenue-driven strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
