Prince Edward, Canada Stillus Craft Spirits Full time

We are looking for a server to join our tight-knit Stillus team to help us grow our business by becoming an ambassador for our products and food. If you are someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experience, used to working in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people and is excited about spreading his/her passion for craft spirits, we would love to have your as part of our team

**Duties**:

- Taking customer orders and entering into POS system for kitchen and bar staff
- Serving food
- Serving alcohol
- Giving spirit tastings
- Busing, cleaning, sanitizing and resetting tables
- Educating guests about our products
- Promoting our brand through excellent customer service and showcasing passion for our products
- Processing payment transactions
- Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring all funds are accounted for at the end of the shift
- Monitor alcohol intake, identify any intoxicated guests and work with management/owners to take appropriate action
- Clean up and stocking
- Other duties as required, including some kitchen prep work

Qualifications:

- Serving experience (ideally a minimum of one year)
- Multitasker, able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment
- People person with excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and a self starter
- Vodka, gin and whiskey knowledge is a plus
- A team player, able to work well with others and jump in to help with other duties as required
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Smart Serve a must
- Ideally a Prince Edward County resident (we are unable to provide accommodations)
