Richmond Hill, Canada Brown & Beattie Ltd. Full time

Brown & Beattie Ltd. are Building Science Engineers that provide services to Building Owners and Managers in the effective evaluation, restoration, maintenance, and capital planning of their buildings. We present options and recommendations for appropriate repair programs to major building systems and review the work for conformance to specified standards. We provide building condition assessments and budget forecasting to enable our clients to effectively budget and plan for building repairs.

Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation including:

- Contracts,
- Change Orders,
- RFQs,
- Payment Certificates,
- Tenders and Addenda,
- Reports,
- Building permits,
- Project documents,
- Other various internal documents.

Maintain a calendar of project deadlines and key milestones to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with the project team to address any scheduling conflicts or delays. Act as the primary point of contact for project administration, including for contractors, clients, and internal teams. Facilitate effective communication between project managers, contractors and clients. Ensure all parties are informed of project updates, changes, and any issues that arise.

Benefits available. Successful applicants understand the job requires physical presence in Richmond Hill Corporate Office Monday to Friday and may involve extended hours during construction season.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Administration: 3 years (preferred)

- English (required)
