Our Mississauga office is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Inventory Manager to join the team. The inventory manager will be responsible for monitoring inventory data and ensuring its accuracy. He/ She will be conducting an efficient and accurate inventory count within a fast-paced warehouse.

**Responsibilities **are mentioned below but are not limited to:

- Conduct daily/weekly/quarterly inventory counts to verify and maintain data accuracy of products
- Monitor inventory movement at multiple Warehouses and investigate variances in a timely manner
- Escalate inventory discrepancies to management and effectively work to resolve all inaccuracies in inventory
- Process adjustment corrections in the WMS and follow up on root causes
- Assist warehouse team with necessary inventory adjustments as per order requirements
- Verification and adjustment of customer refused/returned shipment
- Assist the accounting department in verifying returns and short shipments
- Ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions in WMS and ERP Systems, providing supporting documents for future audit
- Process receiving into ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) including data management of product information

**Qualifications & Essential Skills**:

- Possess an understanding of inventory control and the ability to work effectively with a computer and RF Barcode Scanning equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in MS Office Software
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks at a time
- Demonstrated independent work initiative
- Attention to detail
- 3 years of previous experience working in inventory control

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
