**Title**:Inventory Manager

**Department**:Accounting & Finance

**Reports to**:Corporate Controller

Position Responsibilities:

- Manage a grain accounting team of 3.
- Monitor inward and outward shipment and inventory costing including run FIFO report and analyzing the any inventory adjustments
- Manage monthly and annual stock counts including coordination the process across all locations and making sure that all results are prepared and submitted on time.
- Preparation of Inventory lead sheets, Purchase book and monthly inventory reconciliation between ERP/Plants’ numbers and inventory counts
- Monthly testing of grades for purchased products on sample basis
- Preparation and submission of external reports to Pulse Growers and the Canada Grain Commission (CGC).
- Manage annual renewal of CGC licenses and manage compliance with all regulation requirements
- Support FPA/Contract team for any inventory differences identified in daily position report (DPR)
- Review existing and implementation of any new inventory processes/controls
- Review and approval of recurring inventory journal entries and month-end journal entries in ERP
- Assist with annual external audits.
- Work in compliance with ETG Commodities Inc. Occupational Health and Safety Policy.

Position Requirements:
1. Completed accounting degree and/or designation program - required.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in similar role - required.

3. Expert level proficiency in MS Office Excel - required.

4. Experience with Power BI and Power Query is considered as an asset

5. Familiar with Pulses and Beans business - is considered as a strong asset

6. Work experience is Agri Company is an asset

7. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

8. Ability to work within a dynamic fast-paced, work environment.

9. Experience working with Accounting ERP is required. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics - is a strong asset.
