**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Wood Products Processing or Industrial Engineering or equivalent post-secondary education
- PMP certification is an asset
- Lean / Six Sigma training is an asset
- Strong leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
