**PROFILE** As TriMech Canada’s first point of contact and a key member of the team, the Office Administrator is responsible for providing TriMech’s internal and external clients with a positive and helpful environment. This individual will also provide clerical and administrative support to TriMech team members, across all departments, to contribute to the company’s overall success. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls for all offices. - Greeting guests visiting the Oakville office and directing them to their destination. - Open, sort and distribute office mail. - Kitchen duties including daily cleaning and restocking as needed. - Reconcile client orders and courier invoices weekly. - Prepare and track shipping for various departments, and scheduling pickups. - Track office inventory monthly. - Order stationery, office supplies and canteen items. - Prepare and maintain meeting rooms for scheduled events. - Assist with catering arrangements. - Other duties as assigned. **REQUIREMENTS** - Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). - Experience with CRM or ERP system a requirement. - Hands-on approach, “roll up your sleeves" type of person. - Strong Interpersonal and communications skills, as well as excellent customer relations skills required. - Self-sufficient and a team player. - Supportive and positive attitude. - Highly organized and detail oriented. - Work onsite. - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
