We’re looking for a dedicated **Service Dispatcher** to join our team and ensure our clients receive the best possible support.

**Position Overview**:
The Service Dispatcher will coordinate and manage service requests, ensuring maximum utilization of technicians and resources. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations by acting as the key link between customers and service teams. You will manage incoming client requests, prioritize them, and work with the Service Leads to dispatch service technicians accordingly, all while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Service Dispatch Methodology**:

- Develop and continuously improve service dispatch protocols that are to be followed by all team members.
- Monitor and manage HVAC and BAS trouble service calls.
- Review scheduling software to ensure it meets service needs.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Act as the single point of contact for service delivery.
- Determine service request priority and assign appropriate response levels.
- Ensure all necessary details (work orders, purchase orders, quotes) are dispatched with service calls.
- Communicate service times and updates to customers.
- **Scheduling & Planned Service**:

- Maintain service personnel schedules for planned and emergency service.
- Schedule HVAC/BAS maintenance, in collaboration with the Service Leads.
- **Logistics & Material Management**:

- Coordinate material acquisition, shipping, and stock management for the Edmonton Office.
- Manage Edmonton shipping/receiving.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain communication with clients throughout the service process, including follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service team on marketing efforts and attend service meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience as a service dispatcher (preferably in HVAC or BAS industries).
- Basic understanding of HVAC and/or Building Automation systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Pay: $21.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
