Under the general supervision of the Senior Replot Clerk, the Replot Clerk is responsible for data entry and processing of ownership titles, including property and/or mailing address changes, name changes, resident code changes and Education Property Tax Credit Self-Declarations. They are also responsible for updating and maintaining the Replot Tracking system and for the preparation of replot packages as well as the scanning and retrieval of documentation to the Document Management system used by the Department.

**As the **_Replots Clerk B, _**you will**:

- Processes ownership titles for all Realty properties from Manitoba Land Titles Office (LTO) Interface System
- Process property address changes, mailing address changes, name changes and Education Property Tax Credit Declarations
- Communicates with internal and external customers regarding the Assessment and Tax Rolls
- Supports division in system tests and various research assignments

**Your education and qualifications include**:

- High School Graduation or equivalent.
- Previous clerical or customer service experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of a personal computer using Microsoft Windows, Word (Advanced), Excel (Basic), and Outlook.
- Ability to make accurate mathematical calculations
- Data entry and verification skills with the ability to verify data with accuracy across various sources
- Interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and internal clients.
- Strong verbal communication skills that demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate complex sensitive information to a diverse client group
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers under stressful situations.
- Ability to maintain composure and deal tactfully and diplomatically with difficult situations.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and react resourcefully under pressure.
- ability to set priorities, work efficiently, and ensure all scheduled deadlines are met.
- Ability to analyze information for accuracy from various sources.
