SeeMoreGreen is looking for Maintenance Supervisors that are required to coordinate the procurement and scheduled use of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards. We are located about a 5-minute drive south of Saskatoon, so reliable transportation is a requirement of the position.

**About the role**:
In this role, you will supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day-to-day work activities of a landscape maintenance crew. You will train crew members with onsite training in skills and methods of landscape maintenance in line with SeeMoreGreen’s standard operating procedures and quality expectations. You will also plan labor requirements, equipment requirements and material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of job(s) within the deadline. In addition, you will maintain and enforce standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas. Landscape Maintenance Supervisors plan, manage and supervise landscape maintenance work and are required to possess sound leadership skills, as well as the ability to understand what it takes to meet and surpass customer expectations.

**What you will do**:

- Oversee the management of the maintenance schedule and field crews, providing training, quality control and support.
- Lead and motivate a team of diversified maintenance crew leaders, lead hands, field workers and laborers.
- Train staff and ensuring proper equipment usage, techniques, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage landscape maintenance services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Plan to ensure appropriate staff schedule and coverage under changing weather conditions and develop contingent plans to ensure completion of the scheduled work.
- Ensure sites are monitored and reviewed regularly to ensure that the quality of our services is maintained and that any unreported potential problems are noted before becoming issues.
- Coordinate the procurement and scheduled use of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Ensure professional and efficient communication between property owners/managers and the company management/office to ensure timely handling of any requests or resolution of potential problems.

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the landscape industry.
- Ability to work with power/hand tools, small engine equipment, and materials.
- Physically fit with good stamina.
- Ability to follow safe working procedures.
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team.
- Speak, read, and write English.
- Flexibility in working hours including occasional weekend work due to weather and job schedules.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
- Personal smartphone with data plan for daily attendance marking, communication, and reporting.

**Work Conditions**:

- Various locations including both residential and commercial landscape construction sites.
- Working near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
- Working outdoors in various conditions including cold, heat and humidity, rain, dust, and noise.
- Working flexible hours including occasional weekend work, stat holidays, and out-of-town work where required.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
