What You Will Be Doing;
- You provide each Classic Cleaners client with the exceptional service that we have built our reputation on.
- Informing clients of all services and products that would be beneficial to them.
- Answering phone call inquiries and customers' questions with warmth and energy.
- Handling all client concerns or complaints effectively with resolution.
- Communicating with clients on digital platforms.
- Onboarding new clients.
- Soliciting reviews from happy clients.
- Correctly tagging in garments.
- Cash and point of sale responsibilities.
