**About the role**:
18 Month - Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)

This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to engage in innovative projects with emerging technologies such as Intelligent Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation while guiding key strategies such as driving digital adoption that are shaping the future of the fintech industry.

**What will you do?**
- Act as an Operational Effectiveness Ambassador across Student Lending with a vision to optimize, innovate, promote employee satisfaction and improve customer experience.
- Lead opportunity assessments and perform business analysis to optimize, re-engineer and design processes to promote business performance and customer experience and enhance digital channels.
- Lead selected automations through Finastra’s delivery framework (Concept, Discover, Deliver, Adopt)
- Quantify optimization benefits through creating financial models
- Share insights with business unit counterparts and positively contribute to a continued culture of process excellence
- Create and effectively execute a roadmap and project plan
- Analyze data to identify trends, interdependencies and be able to define project scope, developing action plans and gaining agreement to solutions from all stakeholders
- Efficiently lead team meetings and actively influence optimal decisions, scope, objectives, risk management, and facilitate cross-functional team collaboration
- Prepare and present analysis, current state and results to our student lending clients
- Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and vendors to promote alignment and collaboration
- Utilize Risk Management best practices

**What experience will you need?**

A huge win : Artificial Intelligence competency on multiple platforms such as BluePrism, MS Power Tools, Machine Learning, Optical Character Recognition, Speech Recognition, Chat bots, etc. Understanding of different AI technologies is ok too.

A proven ability to assess business process using scientific framework - Lean six sigma would be a nice to have.
- Natural data analytics ability which translates to turning systematic intelligence into action
- Excellent people skills to foster a positive work and promote innovation while having tangential results
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively to deliver results under tight deadlines and multiple priorities
- Ability to lead discussions with cross-functional teams and interact with all levels of the organization while managing the unknown

Key Stake Holders : CCO, IPA VP & Principal, SL VP and Sr. Directors, Directors, Sr. Managers and Managers is the audience this role will collaborate directly or indirectly
