**KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING AN OPERATIONS / BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST**

KWE is currently looking for an experienced Power BI (Business Intelligence) Specialist to work out of our Mississauga, Ontario location. If you have extensive experience with Business Intelligence platforms and are ready for your next challenge, we want to hear from you.

The Operations/Business Intelligence Specialist will work alongside and support the Vice President, International Operations. This Power BI Specialist is expected to be an expert in BI analytics and able to scope, analyze, develop, automate, enhance, and validate BI reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions in a timely and creative manner.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Formal Academic Training in related field of study from two-year college or technical school; and 5+ years of Power BI skills and report management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; including PowerPoint.
- Excellent organization, planning, and prioritizing skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Effectively communicate highly technical information to function, technical team members and management.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondences.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues.
- Ability to interact professionally with our customers.

**DETAILS OF THE JOB**
- Design, build and deploy powerful BI solutions as per business requirements.
- Build customer/executive facing BI reports and dashboards.
- Conduct requirements analysis and translate data into informative reports, presentations, dashboards and KPI’s.
- Connect to data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence.
- Support and enhance existing reports and dashboards based on evolving business needs.
- Maintain and develop new approaches to automate internal and external data retrieval, client reporting and operational process. Interface with cross-functional teams to build centralized/custom data analytics tools to enhance the business process.
- Own and develop queries and data visualizations for ad-hoc, recurring, troubleshooting requests and projects. Create exploratory data analysis, reports, dashboards to surface data for different stakeholders.
