**Outside Sales Associate**

**Creative Children** is one of the largest distributors of art & educational materials in Western Canada supplying daycares and public & private schools. We have a close-knit team of dedicated staff that has made us the success we are today.

We are currently seeking an amazing individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for success and loves a challenge to join our Creative Packs team as our Outside Sales Associate. The Outside Sales Associate is responsible for new customer development & existing customer support.

What you will be doing
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- New business development, growing our current customer base.
- Targeting leads and cold calling, identifying key decision makers to secure sales.
- Preparing marketing materials & attending off-site marketing events.
- Managing a Facebook page.

What we are looking for
- 2+ years of successful outside sales experience.
- Amazing sales/communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning complemented with time management skills.
- Strong problem identification skills with proven record in overcoming objections with persistence.
- Personality that thrives on challenge & success - results driven.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is what you are all about.
- Team oriented.
- Class 5 Driver’s License with clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)
