**A typical day as a Branch Manager**
- New Growth - Analyze the market to identify those referral opportunities that will both maximize our revenue growth while properly supporting the referral source, our clients, and the NSM regional team.
- Business Development
- Responsible for growing the sales revenue and the profitability of the Branch by developing and implementing strategies to market the Company’s services and products to funders, referral sources and to customers.
- Financial
- P&L responsibility, Delivering Revenue and Controlling Expenses, understanding of full Transaction Cycle, providing input into business strategy, basic financial analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Staffing and Supervision
- Acting as a person of last resort to help all staff handle their workload volumes, especially at peak times, and handle customer complaints and other concerns not dealt with by staff.
- Training - Set up and help facilitate training of new staff members.
- Operations Review
- Responsible for frequent and periodic review of current quotations, customer orders, purchase orders and work orders, to ensure timely completion and billing.

- Certificate or Degree in Management or related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Criminal record check

Given the nature of this role, NSM requires applicants to, among other things, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide satisfactory proof of vaccination.
