Sales & Account Manager - Furniture Manufacturing

Serving both residential and commercial markets, we are growing our presence across Canada and beyond. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales & Account Manager** to join our team and help drive our growth through strong customer relationships, new business development, and a focus on **B2B sales**.
This role is ideal for someone with experience working with dealers, commercial clients, and designers in the **furniture manufacturing** or related industries.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in assigned territories or market segments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with dealers, commercial clients, designers, and other relevant partners.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to represent the brand and build relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the **furniture manufacturing** or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in **B2B sales**, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, dealers, and industry professionals.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to drive business development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
