What You'll Do

· Welcome and assist customers in finding furniture and mattresses that fit their lifestyle, style, and budget

· Deliver an outstanding, no-pressure shopping experience

· Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets

· Learn about promotions, financing programs, and product features

· Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

· Work as part of a fun, high-energy retail team

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience in commission retail, sales, serving or customer service (preferred, not required)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Motivated, goal-oriented, and confident and outgoing personality

· Professional appearance and positive attitude

· Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Compensation

· Commission-based role — unlimited earning potential
