Calgary, Canada Promise Robotics Full time

We’re excited to launch a new state-of-the-art robotic homebuilding plant in partnership with several large homebuilders within the Greater Calgary Region. Powered by Promise Robotics' transformative production lines for timber-based panelized construction, the new plant enables our group of homebuilding partners to significantly increase the capacity and speed of home production within the fast-growing region of Calgary, AB.

**What you will do**:

- Develop and maintain master production schedule for daily and monthly production.
- Plan, prepare, issue, distribute and control schedules (pre-production schedule, production schedule, crane schedule, installation schedule).
- Coordinate equipment and material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials. Issue work orders as required.
- Manage the day-to-day workflow for all passes of each project and ensure communication with client and all departments involved so that deadlines are maintained.
- Coordinate activities across departments, functions, and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of the schedule.
- Provide solutions and alternatives to planned scheduling conflicts immediately.
- Ensure scheduling deadlines are met.
- Identify and implement planning system.
- Collaborate with departments involved and lead necessary meetings if the plan must be changed.
- Participate in business planning meetings to plan out activities in future time periods.
- Obtain necessary permit documents required for projects
- Negotiate and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and organization skills
- A positive “can-do” attitude and motivation to solve complex challenges
