We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Innovative Product Support (IPS) team. Our team is composed of dedicated professionals committed to exceeding expectations through the development and enhancement of cutting-edge products for Opus and our clients. We strive to deliver unparalleled service within a well-organized, transparent framework, focusing on maximizing return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Bug Fixes & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to our web portals, such as layout inconsistencies or functional errors.
- Address user-reported issues promptly and effectively.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with team members to support the development and customization of basic web tools.
- Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and updates to Product Managers and stakeholders.
- Document workflows, minor technical updates, and troubleshooting procedures to streamline future maintenance.
Portal Development
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing Opus' existing web portals with maintenance development tasks.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for updates to both front-end and back-end components.
- Ensure portals maintain optimal performance, responsiveness, and page speed for a seamless user experience.
- Support the launch of new features by developing user guides, creating external-facing examples, and preparing sales demonstration data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an analyst or support role.
- Experience working with databases, particularly MySQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with project management software, particularly ClickUp
Pay: $71,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
