**unitii corp. **is a fast growing, dynamic real estate company, located in Calgary, Alberta, specializing in Development, Property Management & Investment. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team in Edmonton. We offer a competitive salary along with a benefit package and room to grow with our expanding company.

**Position Description**:

- **Provide all prospects up to date information about available units and all information related to the property**:

- **Perform suite and building showings**:

- **Provide prospects clear information regarding the qualifying and approval process**:

- **Follow up with prospective tenants after showing to close the rental**:

- **Input all prospect information into YARDI**:

- **Work closely with Regional Managers regarding available units, renovations/ any challenges etc.**:

- **Work closely with the Marketing team ensuring all advertising is correct and effective**:

- **Conduct market surveys as requested**:

- **Assist Building Managers and Regional Managers as needed**:

- **Other related duties as assigned**

**Qualifications and Necessary Skills**
- **Previous marketing/leasing experience an asset**:

- **Previous sales experience an asset - able to negotiate and deal with objections**:

- **Excellent computer skills - including Microsoft products**:

- **Previous YARDI experience and asset**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:

- **Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends**:

- **Proven time management skills**:

- **Able to take initiative and be aware of trends**:

- **Able to multi-task**:

- **Must have your own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence**
