Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer and collection services to our delinquent clients (90+ days) in U.S and Canada for the installment and payday loans;
- Take inbound and make outbound calls;
- Prepare notifications to secure payment; explain penalties, interest, deadlines, and consequences for failure to comply;
- Evaluate financial information for the purpose of negotiating payment of the balance in full, settlement, and/or payment plan;
- Analyze loan contracts and execute customer solutions with a tactful customer-first approach;
- Building relationships with our clients in order to understand their needs and issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of call center experience (In collections is an asset);
- Fluent in English;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Able to work well under pressure and accepts responsibility for their own actions.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
