**About the Collection Agent - temporary**:
As part of the Collection and Litigation team, you will be responsible for ensuring delinquency levels are kept at acceptable levels while minimizing company losses within their assigned territories.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Perform 30-90 day full cycle collections actions to resolve delinquent accounts within an assigned territory and meet established targets
- Contact delinquent clients and review available and pro-actively resolve issues to maintain client accounts
- Perform administrative duties such as:

- Processing payments, updating banking information, quote payouts and account reconciliation as needed
- Maintaining client notes, processing letters, document each stage of the collections and prepare files for various departments
- Provide recommendation to Senior Collector or Manager on how to resolve the account when it reaches their level

**The profile we are looking for**:

- College diploma or equivalent work experience (any program related to business administration will be considered an asset)
- 2 years of experience in collection or customer service.
- You are bilingual (English and French) in order to be to be responsible for accounts in all provinces of Canada
- You have strong communication skills
- You have proven ability to influence and negotiate
